You may only track where your rider and your parcel in real-time, or past deliveries.

  • For Receivers: Once the item has been picked up by the delivery partner, the recipient will receive an SMS with a link to track the delivery status in real-time. The recipient can also contact the delivery partner by tapping the call button. 

How can I Track my previous or on-going GrabExpress deliveries by following these steps:

  1. Open your Grab App.
  2. Tap 'Activity' on the lower part of the screen.
  3. Select 'Delivery'.
  4. Select 'Past' for completed deliveries or 'Ongoing' for current deliveries.

How can I share the tracking link to my receiver? 

Let your receivers know where their parcel is and when to expect them by sharing the tracking link! You may do so by:

  1. Going to your Grab App.
  2. Tap 'Activity' on the lower part of the screen.
  3. Select 'Delivery'.
  4. Select 'Ongoing' for current deliveries.
  5. Open Specific delivery details.
  6. You'll see the Tracking link on the upper right corner of the screen.

Once the item has been picked up by the delivery partner, the recipient will receive a link to track the delivery status in real-time via:

  1. In-App Grab Notification if the customer has a Grab App installed.
  2. SMS if the customer does not have a Grab App installed.

How to track my GrabExpress Delivery?

You may track the location of your item via the Grab app by looking at the map. It tracks the current position of your delivery-partner.

However, you may experience some delay on the map our app is an internet-based program and it is greatly affected by the strength of the internet signal.
