When is the expiration date of your product?

There are 2 ways to know when the certain product is going to expire:

• It is labeled on its box the actual expiry date whether you use the product or not.
• The moment you start to open the product, the expiration will start.

Stock availability

You can check stock availability on the product information page on our website. We strive to maintain availability of all items listed in our catalogue, if an article is out of stock check back again as our stock is replenished daily dependent on availability. The product page will also indicate if the product is available to be purchased online, or through a Collection Point.

Do you accept Wholesalers and Pre-Orders?

Yes, we do.

 Whether it is a limited edition, rare or unique product, we specialize in sourcing from over 150+ countries around the world.

ORDER PROCESS

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If an item has sold out prior to your order being processed, we will notify you immediately with an estimated date when the item is expected back into stock.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

For a full list of our shipping rates, please refer to our FAQ. Nationwide shipments are sent through LBC, and international shipments through FedEx or DHL. We are not responsible for shipment delays due to natural disasters, traffic accidents, delays caused by the shipper, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, nor are we to be held liable if a shipment is lost or damaged.

How long the delivery will take?

The delivery usually takes 1-3 days. But we offer same day delivery if you are located within Metro Manila.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We are glad to tell you that we ship nationwide, it will take 3-7 working days.

What are your payment options?

With BNG’s multiple payment options, every transaction is now hassle-free.

BNG is now happy to accept payments via BDO, BPI, GCash, PayMaya, Bitcoin, PayPal, Binance, Coinspot, and even Cash on Delivery.

CASH-ON-DELIVERY

During Checkout, under payment options, select the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) option. You will then receive your Cash-on-Delivery invoice through SMS, which will have payment instructions and reminders. We expect to receive your payment upon the delivery, before we hand you your order.

RECEIVING CASH-ON-DELIVERY ORDERS ON YOUR BEHALF

Yes, but only your authorized representative as indicated during Checkout can pay for your order/s. The authorized representative must present a valid ID upon delivery or pick up of your order/s.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All transactions are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. We will only make an exception to this policy should there be defects in the product caused by Beauty N Glam. Requests for returns or exchanges due to mishandling on part of the buyer or because of a change of mind will be denied.

RATINGS & REVIEWS

Ratings and Reviews allow customers to share their experiences with our products with other customers. Simply log in to your Beauty N Glam account and leave a review on a product you recently purchased. Ratings and comments will be published a few days following the review being submitted.
