Pre-Orders

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 Satisfaction is our main goal, however, in terms of pre-order transactions, there are terms & conditions that you should agree and follow:

1. Placing a pre-order item means you agree to our terms and conditions.
2. 50% down-payment is required to process your order.
3. Refund of down-payment is not allowed once the payment has been transferred, unless the item you pre-ordered is not available.
4. Make sure that you have paid the down payment 7 days before the deadline.
5. The 50% balance must be paid upon receiving the item.

Read Me Before Pre-Ordering:

1. All pre-orders will be scheduled for validation within 24-48 hours after payment is received and processed.

2. The cut-off for new pre-order 50% deposit payments received is 8:00 PM daily. Any order made after 8:00 PM will be processed the next day.

3. All confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled.

4. Orders that are not paid after 24-48 hours will be automatically cancelled.

5. We have a minimum pre-order amount of P2000.00 per order.

6. We can deliver to these areas only: METRO MANILA QUEZON CITY SAN JUAN MARIKINA CALOOCAN MAKATI MANDALUYONG MANILA MALABON NAVOTAS VALENZUELA PASIG BGC / TAGUIG PASAY OUTSIDE METRO MANILA CAINTA TAYTAY LOWER ANTIPOLO SAN MATEO ANTIPOLO LAS PINAS PARANAQUE MUNTINLUPA We can also ship outside NCR if requested, because of the great distance, shipping rates are on a quote by quote basis. You may also choose to Self Pick-up from NCR if that helps you.

7. If needed urgently, we will be the one to arrange for delivery to you. We rely on 3rd-Party delivery couriers such as Happymove, JoyRide, Grab Delivery, Lalamove, Angkas and Mr. Speedy. Delivery time is between 8:00AM to 8:00PM. Pick-up time is between 2:00PM to 4:00PM only.

8. In cases where delivery is attempted by us, but was unsuccessful due to the reasons including but not limited to: Absence of the recipient Inability to contact the customer through the provided contact information despite multiple attempts by the delivery personnel Lack of appropriate or sufficient road access to deliver the Order successfully Lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the ordered items No-show cancellations Failure to receive the Order with twenty (20) minutes from the time of delivery We reserve the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy to you.

9. Delivery fees are indicated below: METRO MANILA DELIVERY FEE SAN JUAN / MARIKINA 200 MANDALUYONG / MANILA / CALOOCAN / QUEZON CITY AREAS EXCEPT FAIRVIEW, NOVALICHES, LAGRO 300 MAKATI 320 MALABON / VALENZUELA / NAVOTAS / PASIG 260 QUEZON CITY - FAIRVIEW, NOVALICHES, LAGRO ONLY 260 BGC / TAGUIG / PASAY 400 OUTSIDE METRO MANILA DELIVERY FEE LOWER ANTIPOLO / SAN MATEO 340 CAINTA / TAYTAY 400 ANTIPOLO 600

10. For Self Pick-up, you can pick up your order from our Cubao Warehouse Daily from 2:00pm - 4:00pm.

11. Modes of payment accepted are Credit Card (Mastercard), Bank transfer (BDO), PayMaya and GCash. Cash on Delivery is also Accepted. If you paid via Credit Card or PayMaya: Your payment is automatically received, and your order is confirmed. There is no need to email a screenshot of payment. For Bank transfer and GCash, please deposit to the accounts below and send screenshot of payment slip and order reference number to info@beautynglam.ph

12. You will receive a status update and tracking number via email notification.
