Our terms and conditions, as well as relevant data about our lifetime guarantee, are all available on this page. Prior to actually joining our Platinum Membership, kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by taking the time to read this.

DAMAGES & DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Within 24 hours of receiving your products, you are authorized to a compensation or refund. Any further hours will not be entertained. Please keep in mind that the product must be handed back in its original packaging, unused. NO RETURN POLICY:

Unless the items are damaged or defective within the Beauty n Glam’s care. 

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

Prior to your reservations under any terms you must comply with the 20% deposits that should comprehend within 3 days only.

CARD VALIDATION:

The membership card will only be valid within the Philippines Only. It is Non-Shareable and Non-Transferable. 

PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Beauty n Glam will honor and respect all personal information you provide or that we obtain with such a sense of responsibility for your personal information. Your personal information will be used to ensure delivery to you, to assess your creditworthiness, to provide offers, and to provide other detailed information related to the processing of your purchase. Beauty n Glam will only have access to the information you provide, and it will not be shared with any other private entities. You have always had the right to see the information that has been collected about you. You also have the right to ask Beauty n Glam to deactivate or correct your reliable information about who you are at any time. You agree to the above through accepting the Beauty n Glam Terms.

PAYMENT:

Until full payment is received, all products remain the property of Beauty N' Glam. Before verifying the purchase, the shipping costs and payment fees are calculated. Deposits are also non-refundable as it was a way of ensuring the purchase unless we are responsible for unexpected circumstances. To ensure your security, all transfers made through Beauty N' Glam are handled and transacted through third-party gateways.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Beauty n Glam reserves the right to modify changes to any information, including prices, technical requirements, purchase conditions, and product offerings, at any time and without notice. In the event that a product is sold out, Beauty n Glam reserves the right to refuse the order and issue a full refund.

♡  Damages and defective products are the only allowed thing to be returned but within 24 hours only after you received your products.

♡  All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Beauty N Glam as responsible for the personal information.

♡  Beauty N Glam  reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.

♡  Events outside of Beauty Everyday's control shall be considered force majeure.

You guarantee that you are at least capable of purchasing our things and accept these terms and conditions, which shall apply to any orders placed or to be placed at Beauty N Glam for the sale and delivery of any products, by participating in membership with Beauty N Glam. These terms and conditions have no bearing on your statutory rights. Other terms or amendments to the terms and conditions are only enforceable if we agree in writing and sign them.

LIABILITY LIMITATION:  

You expressly acknowledge that your use of the services, or incapacity to utilize it, is at your own risk.

Beauty N Glam, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. particularly, without limitations, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any other reprimanded from your use of any of the service or any products obtained using the service, or for some other complaint linked in any way to your use of certain service or indeed any product, regardless established on contract, tort (including carelessness), strict liability, or otherwise.including, but not restricted to, any inaccuracies or inaccuracies in any communication, or any loss of or damage or any other kind of incurred as a result of the use of the services or any subject matter (or merchandise) posted, communicated, and otherwise made publicly available through the use of the service, even if forewarned of the possibility of such losses or damages.
