We can pick up and deliver your items daily with the exception of Sundays and National Public Holidays.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery details:
- Full Name of Recipient
- Best Mobile Contact Number
- House ##. or Lot/Block/Phase ##, Street Name, Subdivision, Barangay, Town, Province and Zip Code
- Unit ##, Floor Building Name, Compound, Street Name, Barangay, Town, Province and Zip Code
Most deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday. Change in schedule or charges due to holidays will be posted accordingly.
To protect the customer, packages will only be surrendered to the person whose name is indicated in the delivery receipt and must present a proof of identification. However, in cases where the recipient cannot be physically present, he/she must provide his/her assigned representative with an authorization letter together with a proof of identification.
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You may then proceed to the courier’s tracking page and type in the tracking number to get details regarding the shipment. Please allow Minimum 2-Hours Delay for our couriers to update their records.
